Research on development of movable drawing patient gonad protective device during interventional radiology procedures
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To design a new protective device for reducing the radiation dose of patient gonad during interventional radiology procedures.Methods: The newly gonad protective device was composed of a flexible protective lead shield container and a three segments radiation protection drape, which may provide wrap around radiation protection for patient gonad.Results: The device with a simple and reasonable structure. It allowed switching between the lose efficacy form and the efficacy form of radiation protection, and it complied with absolutely sterile requirement during interventional radiology procedures.Conclusion: The movable drawing patient gonad protective device ensured the procedure result, and could also decrease patient gonad radiation exposure.关键词
