摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effects of two kinds of sequential therapy of operation by CT location in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia caused by hypertension. Methods: According to different operation the patients with HICH, who were admitted to the hospital between Jan.2007 and Jun.2012, were divided into three groups. A group(n=70)operated by the big bone flap craniotomy, B group(n=76) operated by the small bone window surgery, C group(n=65) operated by craniotomy evacuation of hematoma after puncture and drainage by CT-guided. Results: Peri operation period ,recent and long-term effects of A group were better than those of the other groups. Conclusion:Two kinds of sequential therapy of operation by CT location is reliably and effective for the patients with severely hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia region.关键词
