摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluation the credibility of system ABX Pentra DF 120 Hematology Analyzer in detection of nucleated red blood cells (NRBC). Methods: Collected 170 cases spcimens with abnormal prompt about NRBC in WBC column and 430 cases spcimens without abnormal prompt for smear test and compared. Results:The sensitivity of ABX Pentra DF 120 Hematology Analyzer to NRBC was 90.7%, specificity was 93.2%,positive predictive value was 76.47%, negative predictive value was 96.28%,false positive rate was 23.53%. Conclusion:The alarm to NRBC from system ABX Pentra DF 120 Analyzer has a certain credibility, the false positive rate is also higher, so abnormal prompt to NRBC from ABX Pentra DF 120 Hematology Analyzer could be used as an effective screening tool, but also could not completely replace the microscope detection.关键词
