摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the effect of parecoxib on patients undergoing remifentanil anesthesia. Methods:Chosen patients undergoing remifentanil anesthesia between November 2012 to November 2013 as object of study, randomly divided into observation groups receiving parecoxib analgesia and control group receiving same volume of saline, testing their postoperative pain, inflammation levels and perioperative restlessness situation. Results: 1)Observation group patients various time points after extubation VAS pain scores were significantly lower than control group patients(t=5.291, t=3.267, t=6.182, t=4.392, t=2.643;P<0.05);2)Two groups patients before treatment inflammatory cytokines level was no significant difference, observation groups patients after receiving parecoxib analgesia IL-6, IL-8 levels were significantly lower than control group,IL-10 levels was significantly higher;3)Observation group patients pain score after extubation wew significantly lower than control group of patients,restlessness score was significantly higher. Conclusion: parecoxib can effectively reduce remifentanil anesthesia patients experience postoperative pain, stable perioperative inflammatory cytokines, reduce postoperative agitation.关键词
