Abstract
Objective:To investigate the perioperative changes with normal fertility, menopause and menopausal women early measurement of bone mineral density and body composition, analysis of the influence of body composition on BMD. Methods:Using dual energy X-ray bone density meter EXA-3000 forearm Korea OsteoSys company production, testing since 2008 in our examination center health check-up non-dominant distal forearm bone mineral density (BMD), bone density measurement of 300 perimenopausal women, 300 cases of postmenopausal women and 300 normal fertile women, record height, weight and body mass index (BMI). Results:The perimenopausal and early postmenopausal group group body weight, BMI and bone density were lower than the control. Conclusion:The low weight of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women (OP) is one of the important risk factors; bone loss from the beginning of menopause, postmenopausal osteoporosis prevention and control should be implemented as early as possible.关键词
