摘要
Abstract
Objective:To summarize arteriography the preliminary in experience of endovascular repair with stent graft for hepatic arterial pseudoaneurysm after liver transplantation. Methods:Four patients with hepatic arterial pseudoaneurysm after liver transplantation were received hepatic angiography examination and stent graft implantation to repair artery. Results: All patients were diagnosed by hepatic angiopraphy. 2 cases were recovered after stent graft placement. 1 case arose internal leak after treatment one week later and recovered by stent placement and pseudoaneurysm embolization. 1 case was failed to place stent graft. Conclusion:The endovascular repair with stent graft is effective for hepatic arterial pseudoaneurysm after liver transplantation. Arteriography can confirm the diagnostic results.关键词
