摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the laryngeal mask airway under different anesthesia methods undergoing radical mastectomy in breast modified. Methods:From 2012 February~2013 year in March in our hospital 58 cases of radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients as the research object, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups, 29 cases in each group, the observation group adopted Intravenous Inhalation Anesthesia, the control group took the total intravenous anesthesia, analysis of relevant indicators, compared two groups the time of anesthesia hemodynamic changes, the incidence of complications. Results:in the observation group, the extubation time was shorter than the control group (P<0.05), the laryngeal mask airway support differences in each time period of two groups of HR, MAP, SpO2 etc. comparing no statistical significance (P>0.05), the observation group the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared to the laryngeal mask airway support under total intravenous anesthesia, Intravenous inhalation combined anesthesia with low incidence of postoperative complications can save the recovery time.关键词
