Abstract
Objective: Improve employee performance, fair. impartial evaluation of staff performance, implementation of the principle of benefit distribution consistent post paid and post contribution, and stimulate staff’s work enthusiasm and the creativity. Methods:Around the core value of the fair and open of quantitative assessment and comprehensive performance management. Results: Through the performance evaluation and management to improve the staff’s enthusiasm and efficiency, to better serve the clinic, at the same time, to ensure the normal operation of equipment, facilities, and prolongs the service life of equipment, reduce the cost of equipment operation. Conclusion:Performance appraisal and management scheme is reasonable and is conducive to promoting engineer team construction and discipline development, it’s advantage to control the risk in the applications of medical equipment, to improve the utilization ratio of the equipment, To reduce the operative cost of equipment.关键词
