Abstract
Objective: To solve the indoor pollution of dust and the difficulty to move large refrigeration equipment when cleaning and maintenance, clean them regularly and make sure refrigeration equipment work normally. Methods: Design and construct an extensible dust cover, and use the new method to clean all the refrigeration equipment in the blood center. Results: The new method remove dust completely, does not affect the normal work, no environmental pollution, simple, greatly improves the work efficiency. The number of over temperature of the temperature alarm system in the blood center reduce by 20%, and the fault rate of refrigeration equipment decrease obvious than before after applying the method to 120 pieces of refrigeration equipment. Conclusion: The new method meets the expected requirements, and can use it to the other equipment to improve the reliability of equipment.关键词
