药学专业综合性实验的设计与研究
Design and practice of comprehensive experiment program for pharmacy specialty
摘要
Abstract
Objective: Comprehensive experiments not only could improve experimental skills of pharmacy students, but also could develop their integrated skills and innovation thinking. Methods: This paper took the experiment “the determination of trans-anethole in Foeniculum Vulgare Mill by steam distillation combining with gas chromatography using an internal standard” as an example, designed and practiced appropriate comprehensive experiments for pharmacy students. Results:Experiment content with strong comprehensive and design can not only improve medicine students' experimental skills, can also develop the students' ability of comprehensive thinking and innovative consciousness. Conclusion: The practice of the comprehensive design experiment, which is beneficial to stimulate students learning initiative and interest in learning, to cultivate students' comprehensive practice ability and innovation consciousness, have achieved good teaching effect.关键词
