Abstract
Objective: To observe the red compound fontanels protocol target controlled infusion in elderly lung diseases, the application of fiber bronchoscope examination curative effect and safety of feasibility. Methods:Our hospital departments of 62 cases with pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group respectively. Control group using fontanel and manual injection of protocol in painless fiber bronchoscope examination, the experimental group using red target controlled infusion of protocol and fontanel in painless fiber bronchoscope. Then to invite the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of each point, patients in the process of the induction time, heart rate, check the patient's adverse reactions and awakening time were observed and recorded in a timely manner. Results: compared with control group, experimental group of awakening time and induction time significantly shorter, and two groups of data difference to be markedly, with statistical significance (t=4.53, t=2.76; P<0.05). Conclusion: Through the observation, the study found, fontanel, target control infusion of protocol and auxiliary with home-made modified mask, etc., in elderly patients with lung diseases can be safely used in painless fiber bronchoscope, is worth promoting.关键词
