摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of epidermal growth factor(EGF) film on the wound healing of rats.Methods: The film was completed with EGF. Thirty-six SD rats were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two cuts were made on two sides of the spine with the deep from epidermis to the muscle layer, sewn. The cuts of two groups were applied respectively with epidermal growth factor (EGF)film and black film. On the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 14th and 21st days after the surgery, 3 rats in each group were killed to be collected to specimens. Under light microscope(LM), the hyaluronic acid change was observed.Results: Observation under LM: After surgery, compared with control group, in treatment group, the epidermal and dermis were healed early; the collagen fibers were closely spread. The positive rate of hyaluronic acid (HA) in treatment group was significant higher than control group.Conclusion: The film made from EGF could improve wound healing repressed the formation of scar.关键词
