摘要

Abstract

210Pb is extremely toxic, dear bone radionuclide, its progeny210Po is alpha radionuclide, belongs to high toxicity. Another progeny210Bi is the main component of natural radioactivity. In recent year, with the development and utilization of the scale expansion of uranium is increasing, uranium tailings waste water discharge cause radioactive contamination of210Pb in the environment is increasing too. Part of our region has provisions in environmental radiation monitoring around the uranium must include210Pb. There are three main methods for210Pb measurement in food: alpha, beta and gamma method. This paper emphatically introduces method to measure210Pb in food, and puts forward some suggestions on210Pb measurement in food samples, and gives some data about the210Pb content of food in some regions of China.
