Abstract
Objective To establish the HPLC method for determining the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in Fuzheng Mixture. Methods The HPLC method was used with the Diamonsil C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (35 : 65). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 246 nm. Results The calibration curve of psoralen was linear in the range of 23. 65-118. 24 ng(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 98. 92%( RSD=1. 48%, n=6 ) . The calibration curve of isopsoralent was linear in the range of 22. 96-114. 80 ng(r=0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 99. 97%( RSD=1. 80%,n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be used the method for the quality control of Fuzheng mixture.关键词
