Abstract
Objective To promote the reasonable application of antibacterial drugs in the gynecology and obstetrics outpatient of our hos-pital. Methods At least 50 prescriptions every month from October 2012 to April 2013 were randomLy extracted from every doctors among 25% of the outpatient doctors with the right to prescribe antibacterial drugs in the gynecology and obstetrics outpatient of our hospital by the equidistance sampling method performed the special comments on the prescribed antibacterial prescriptions. Results The commented doctors were 13 person-times and 715 pieces of antibacterial prescription were extracted. Among them,72 pieces of prescription were irrational,including 6 cases of non-standardized writing and 66 cases of inappropriate medication. The use rate of an-tibacterial drugs was 47. 13%. Conclusion The obstetrics and gynecology outpatient doctors need to further reinforce the reasonable application of antibacterial drugs.关键词
