摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the systemic use situation of glucocorticoids in the patients suffering from acute exacerbation of chron-ic obstructive pulmonary diseases(AECOPD)in a hospital to provide reference for clinical safe and rational drug use. Methods 214 cas-es of medical records of AECOPD using systemic glucocorticoids from January to June 2012 were consulted. Then,the variety,administration route,dosage and course of treatment of glucocorticoiuds,drug combination and adverse drug reactions were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the investigated medical records,the single dosage and treatment course basically accorded with the evaluation standard,but the ADR monitoring in those without diabetes or hypertension should be strengthened. Conclusion Compared with inhaled glucocorticoids,pro-longing the time of intravenous glucocorticoids does not increase the curative effect,but increases the occurrence of systemic ADR.关键词
