Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Nanxing Analgesic Paste combined with manipulation in treating knee os-teoarthritis. Methods The clinical data of 63 patients with knee osteoarthritis from May 2012 and October 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them,30 cases(control group) were treated by manipulation and 33 cases(treatment group) were treated by Compound Nanxing Analgesic Paste combined with manipulation. Then the effects and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The two groups all had effective analgesia,but the analgesic effects in the treatment group was better than that in the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05). The curative effective rate was 76. 67% in the control group and 84. 85% in the treatment group respectively,which in-dicating that the curative effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). 4 cases in the treatment group appeared the skin allergy. Conclusion The combination of Compound Nanxing Analgesic Paste combined with manipulation is definitely effective for treating knee osteoarthritis,but the skin allergy exists in the individual patients.关键词
