摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of Boulardii Yeast Living Bacterial PreParation for treating neonatal Pathological jaundice. Methods 176 neonates of Pathological jaundice in this hosPital from june 2011 to july 2012 were selected and divided into two grouPs randomly and equally. The control grouP was given normal treatment and the observation grouP was given Boulardii Yeast Living Bacterial PreParation on the basis of routine treatment. Serum bilirubin level was detected and the curative effects were comPared between the two grouPs. Results The reduce time and reduce degree of serum bilirubin in the observation grouP were suPerior to the control grouP with statistical difference( P<0. 05). Conclusion Boulardii Yeast Living Bacterial PreParation is effective in treating neonatal Pathological jaun-dice,conducive to Promote bilirubin excretion and increase the neonatal health level and worthy of being widely Promoted in clinic.关键词
