摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in Wangbi Tablet. Methods The HPLC was Performed on the Synergi 4u Fusion-RP 80A column ( 150 mm × 4. 60 mm, 4μm ) with the mobile Phase of acetonitrile-methanol-1%PhosPhoric acid ( 9. 3 : 4. 7 : 86 ); the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min; the column temPerature was 30℃; the detection wavelength was 228 nm. With 50% methanol as solvent, Paeoniflorin in Wangbi Tablet was extracted by ultrasound for 30 min. Results The samPle size of Paeoniflorin during the range of 0. 120-2. 034 ng showed a good linear relation with the Peak area. The regression equation was Y=1142. 847 09 X+0. 504 66, r=0. 999 82 ( n=6 ) , the average recovery rate was 97. 27%, RSD 1. 80% ( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method can Precisely determine the Paeoniflorin content in Wangbi Tablet.关键词
