摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the aPPlication effect of the mouse nerve growth factor for treating oPtic nerve contusion. Methods 62 cases ( 69 eyes ) of oPtic nerve contusion enrolled from May 2008 to October 2011 were selected and randomly divided into two grouPs. The control grouP ( 31 cases, 35 eyes ) was given the Pulsed theraPy of methylPrednisolone hormone and the imProving microcir-culation treatment. The treatment grouP ( 31 cases, 34 eyes ) was given rat growth factor treatment on the base of the control grouP. The clinical effects were comPared between the two grouPs. Results The total effective rate after 1-2 courses of treatment was 85. 29% in the treatment grouP and 65. 71% in the control grouP, the difference between 2 grouPs showing statistical significance ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Adding the mouse nerve growth factor during the treatment Process of nerve contusion has notable effect on oPtic nerve lesion and deserves to be widely PoPularized in clinic.关键词
