Abstract
Objective To investigate the pharmacy service status in drugstores for analyzing the existing problems and putting forward the improvement advices. Methods The literature inquiring,observation,mystery customer and comprehensive analysis methods were adopted to conduct the investigation and survey. Results The drugstore pharmacy service was in the weakening status;the operation philosophy was not changed,the licensed pharmacists were insufficient in quantity and poor in quality. Conclusion Drugstore could im-prove the weakening status of the pharmacy service function by changing the operation philosophy,exploring to set up the feasible ad-ministration mode of the pharmacy service and improving the working staffs' pharmacy service level.关键词
