Influence of Different Solvents and Extraction Methods on Extraction Rate of Total Flavonoids from Papaya
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of different solvents and extraction methods on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from papaya to provide the theoretical basis for the extraction of total flavonoids from papaya. Methods With water,ethyl acetate,50%ethanol solution and 70% ethanol solution as the extraction solvents,the total flavonoids content was investigated under the extraction conditions of reflux,Soxhlet and ultrasonic extractions. Results With 70% ethanol as the extraction solvent,the ultrasonic and reflux extraction had the very high extraction rate from papaya,the contents of total flavonoids were 1. 61% and 1. 60% respective-ly. Conclusion Different solvents at different extraction conditions has great influence on the total flavonoids extraction from papaya.关键词
