阿维A及卡泊三醇联用中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病68例OA
Clinical Observation of Acitretin and Calcipotriol Combined with Chinese Medicine Bath in Treating 68 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris
目的：探讨阿维 A、卡泊三醇联用中药药浴治疗寻常型银屑病治疗效果。方法选择北京军区总医院治疗的寻常型银屑病患者136例，将其随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予阿维 A 胶囊口服、外用卡泊三醇软膏治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合使用中药药浴治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组痊愈34例，显效18例，有效10例，无效6例，总有效率91.18％；对照组痊愈21例，显效14例，有效16例，无效17例，总有效率75.00％。两组总有效率比较，差异有统…查看全部>>
