Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acitretin and calcipotriol combined with the Chinese Medicine Bath for treating psoriasis vulgaris. Methods 136 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly di-vided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given acitretin and calcipotriol treatment,while on this basis the observation group was combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath. The therapeutic effects in both groups were ob-served. Results After treatment in the observation group,34 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 91. 18% ;in the control group,21 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,16 cases were effective and 17 cases were invalid,with the total effective rate of 75. 00% ,the statistic analysis showed the statistical difference existed between the two groups( P < 0. 05). In the observation group,oral lip drying and dry skin were in 16 cases,elevated blood lipids in 3 cases and the abnormal liver function in 2 cases,no statistically significant difference existed com-pared with the control group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Adopting acitretin and calcipotriol combined with the traditional Chinese medicine bath has the reliable effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with good patient' s tolerance and deserves to be promoted in clinic.关键词
