维吾尔药指甲花和凤仙花的定性鉴别研究
Qualitative Identification between Uygur Medicine Lawsonia Inermis L. and Impatiens Balsamina L
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the qualitative differentiation method of Lawsonia inermis L. and Impatiens balsamina L. . Methods TLC and the HPLC fingerprint spectrum method were used in confirming the difference of main characteristic compounds. Results The established TLC method could preliminarily identify Lawsonia inermis L. and Impatiens balsamina L. . The HPLC detection results showed that the chemical compositions of Lawsonia inermis L. and Impatiens balsamina L. are similar, but each has its own specificity. Conclusion The TLC method is quick and the HPLC method is accurate, which provides the differential basis for the quality control of Uygur medicine Lawsonia inermis L. .关键词
