保妇康泡沫剂的质量控制
Quality Control of Baohukang Foaming Agent
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard for Baohukang Foaming Agent ( zedoary turmeric oil, borneol ) . Methods Zedoary turmeric oil and borneol in the preparation were identified by Thin layer chromatography ( TLC ) . The content of borneol was determined by gas chromatography ( GC ) with using the Elite Wax column ( 30 m × 0. 32 mm,0. 25μm ) and adopting the FID detector with the col-umn temperature programming. Results The TLC was distinct with good separation and without the negative interference;the linearity of borneol in the sample size was in the range of 0. 292 0-2. 952 0 mg/mL ( r=0. 999 2 ) . The average recovery rate for borneol was 98. 39%, RSD was 1. 18% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion This method is convenient and easy to operate, accurate and reliable in the detection results, which can be applied to control the quality of Baohukang Foaming Agent.关键词
