Abstract
Objective To modify the high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) method for determining the tetrahydropalmatine con-tent of Yuanhu Analgesic Dropping Pills and Capsules. Methods The Dialmonsil C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) was used with 0. 1% phosphoric acid solution ( adjusting pH to 6. 0 by triethylamine ) -the mobile phase of acetonitrile ( 65 :35 ) at the flow rate of 1. 5 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results The tetrahydropalmatine chromato-graphic peak in the samples of Yuanhu Analgesic Dropping Pills and Capsules reached the baseline separation, and its sample size in the range of 0. 054 98-0. 549 8μg showed the good linear relation with the peak area ( r=0. 999 8 ) . Their average recovery rates were 97. 70% and 97. 86% with RSD of 1. 09% and 1. 43% respectively ( n=5 ) . Conclusion This modified method removes the impurity interference in the samples, which is simple, rapid and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Yuanhu Analgesic Drop-ping Pills and Capsules.关键词
