Abstract
Objective To investigate the use situation of antibacterial drugs in the pediatric outpatients to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The pediatric outpatients prescriptions in a hospital from July to December 2012 were retrospectively inves-tigated. The varieties of antibacterial drugs, number of antibacterial prescriptions and irrational antibacterial prescriptions were statistically analyzed. Results The use rate of antibacterial drugs was 23. 11%, the single use rate of antibacterial drugs was 87. 98% and domi-nated by cephalosporins;the proportion of irrational prescriptions accounted for 10. 10%, in which, the undefined indication for selecting drugs or non-medication indication was prominent. Conclusion The antibacterial drug use in pediatrics is basically rational. But the ir-rationality is still existed, which requires that using antibacterial drug in clinic should strictly grasp the various indications, rationally se-lect the antibacterial drugs and the administration route for ensuring safe and rational medication.关键词
