摘要
Abstract
Objective To promote the clinical rational drug use for reducing and preventing the occurrence of adverse drug reactions ( ADR ) . Methods The cases of ADR report collected in this hospital during 2013 were analyzed by the Office 2007 Excellsoft-ware. Results ADR often occurred in elderly;intravenous administration route was predominant;the majority of drugs causing ADR were antimicrobial drugs;the lesions of skin and its appendages were the most common clinical manifestations of ADR. Conclusion The clinic, nursing and pharmacy staff should increase the coordination efforts to conduct the ADR report collection, and the work emphasis should be placed on the root causes of drug interaction induced ADR to relieve the pain of patients.关键词
