Abstract
Objective To establish the methods of qualitative identification and content determination in Yiyin Xiaoke Dropping Pills. Methods The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Radix puerariae and Semen litchi;and the content of puerarin was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic parameters was the Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),methanol - water(25 : 75) as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength of 250 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The developed TLC sports were clear with good separation and without negative interference;The linear range of puerarin were 0. 173 8 - 1. 738 0μg( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery rate was 98. 82% ,RSD = 0. 37% . Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative analysis method is applica-ble for the quality control of Yiyin Xiaoke Dropping Pills.关键词
