Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of dezocine preemptive analgesia applied in the induction period of general anes-thesia in hypertensive patients. Methods 60 ASA Ⅱ- Ⅲ patients with hypertension undergoing elective operation under general anes-thesia were randomly divided into the dezocine preemptive analgesia group ( group D) and the 0. 9% sodium chloride control group ( group S), 30 cases in each group. The group D was intravenously dripped with dezocine 0. 1 mg / kg at 10 min before induction, while the group S was intravenously dripped with equal amount of 0. 9% normal saline. Two groups took the same general anesthesia induc-tion. The cases of bucking and muscle fibrillation occurred during general anesthesia induction were recorded. The systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), heart rate(HR) were recorded at 5 timepoints of before anesthesia induction (T0 ), instantly before intubation (T1 ), instantly after intubation (T2 ), 1 min after intubation (T3 ), 3 min after intubation (T4 ), 5 min after intubation (T5 ) were recorded. Results The occurrence cases of bucking and muscle fibrillation in the group D were significantly less than those in the group S( P ﹤ 0. 05). SBP, DBP and HR at T1 in the two groups were decreased compared with those at T0 ( P ﹤ 0. 05), but there were no signifi-cant differences between the two groups, SBP, DBP and HR at T2, T3 in the two groups were increased, but the ascensional range of the group D was smaller than that of the group S( P ﹤ 0. 05) . There were no statistically significant differences in SBP, DBP, HR at T4, T5 between the two groups. Conclusion Dezocine preemptive analgesia can alleviate the adverse reactions of bucking and muscle fibrillation and offers stable hemodynamics.关键词
