Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combining misoprostol and disposable cervical dilatation rod for ter-minating 12 - 18 weeks of pregnancy. Methods 100 normal pregnant women of voluntarily requiring induced labor with the gestational age of 12 - 18 weeks in our hospital were selected. Mifepristone was orally given on 1, 2 d after admission. The disposable cervical di-latation rod was placed in the morning of 2 d and taken out in the morning of 3 d. Then misoprostone was placed in the posterior vagi-nal fornix. The effect of pregnancy termination was observed and analyzed. Results Among 100 cases, 98 cases were successful with the success rate of 98. 00% , in which 94 cases of pregnancy were successfully terminated within 24 h with the success rate of 94. 00% ; in addition, the curettage rate after pregnancy termination was 30. 00% , moreover the smaller the gestational weeks, the higher the pregnant women complete abortion rate and the less the bleeding amount. Conclusion Mifepristone combining misoprostol and disposable cervical dilatation rod for terminating 12 - 18 weeks of pregnancy has the high success rate of induced labor and is simple to operate with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
