Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with chloroquine phosphate in treating oral lichen planus. Methods The clinical data in 60 cases of oral lichen planus treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were collected and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group adopted the simple chloroquine phosphate treatment, while the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with chloroquine phosphate. Finally the therapeutic effects in the two groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 93. 34% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 73. 33% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 6. 67% in the observation group, which was obviously lower than 13. 33% in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). The pain score, levels of serum IgM and IgG in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with chloroquine phosphate in treating oral lichen planus is helpful to reduce the recur-rence of oral diseases, has significant safety and effectiveness, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
