摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treating ischemic cerebral stroke. Methods 80 cas-es of ischemic cerebral stroke treated in our hospital from June 2012 to January 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. All the cases were give the neurological conventional therapy. The control group was added with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection,while the observation group was added with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The course of treatment in the two groups was 4 weeks. The hemorheological parameters,recovery of neurological function and blood lipid changes be-fore and after treatment were observed and the clinical efficacy after treatment was evaluated. Results The total effective rate after 4 -week treatment in the observation group was 87. 50% ,which was higher than 72. 50% in the control group( P < 0. 05);the neurologic impairment scores after treatment in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment( P < 0. 05),the scores of daily living ability were increased( P < 0. 05),but the improvement in the observation group was more obvious( P < 0. 05);the whole blood high shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity,hemotocrit and fibrinogen after treatment in the two groups were de-creased to different degrees compared with before treatment( P < 0. 05),but the reduction of the observation group was higher than the control group ( P < 0. 05). The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in the improvement of blood lipids ( P < 0. 05);no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Buyang Huanwu Decoction has definite effect for treating is-chemic cerebral stroke,can reduce the blood viscosity,regulate blood lipids,increase the self - care ability of daily living and deserves to be clinically generalized.关键词
