光果翠雀止血作用机制研究及安全性评价
Study on Hemostasis Mechanism and Safety Evaluation of Delphinium Grandiflorum L. var. Leiocarpum
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the hemostasis mechanism and safety of delphinium grandiflorum L. var. leiocarpum(DGVL). Methods The effects of intragastric administration of DGVL on prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and fibrinogen concentration(FIB)in rat arterial blood were observed. The toxicity of DGVL absorbed by damaged rabbit skin and the acute toxicity in mice by oral administration were evaluated respectively. Results DGVL could shorten PT and APTT in rat arterial blood remarkably,and had no obvious effect on TT and FIB. The skin stimulation and the absorption toxicity were not shown in rabbit. Conclusion DGVL could shorten PT and APTT in rat arterial blood remarkably,its external use is safe,but its oral administration has significant toxicity.关键词
