硫酸镁联合杞菊地黄汤治疗妊娠高血压综合征90例
Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Qijudihuang Decoction for Treating 90 Cases of Pregnan-cy - Induced Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of magnesium sulfate combined with Qijudihuang Decoction for treating pregnancy - induced hypertension. Methods 180 cases of pregnancy - induced hypertension in our hospital were selected and divided in-to the observation group and the control group with 90 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,while on this basis the observation group was added with Qijudihuang Decoction. The clinical effects were observed in the two groups. The in-dexes of blood pressure and heart rate were detected. The pregnancy outcomes were analyzed. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 91. 11% and which in the control group was 84. 44% ,the difference had statistical significance ( χ2 = 6. 090,P = 0. 014). At the same time the diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and heart rate after treatment had statistical differ-ences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). In the pregnancy outcomes,the occurrence rate of cesarean section and neonatal complica-tions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group with statistical differences between the two groups ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The combination of magnesium sulfate and Qijudihuang Decoction has better effect for treating pregnancy -induced hypertension and is worth promoting.关键词
