摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of enoxacin combined with Shiduqing Capsules for preventing infection after bladder wall flap ureteroplasty. Methods 80 patients with lower ureteral injury treated in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2013 were randomly selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group. The lower ureteral in-jury in all the cases was treated by bladder wall flap ureteroplasty. The control group adopted intraoperative and postoperative enoxacin for preventing infection,while the observation group was added with Shiduqing Capsule before operation and after postoperative anal ex-haust. The clinical effects after treatment were observed in the two groups. The occurrence situation of complications,pain and infection injury were investigated and statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 92. 50% in the observation group and 90. 00%in the control group without statistically significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05);6 cases of postoperative complications such as infection occurred in the observation group and 15 cases in the control group,the total occurrence rate of complications had statistical difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05);the pain score at each timepoint in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with statistical difference between them( P < 0. 05);no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Bladder wall flap ureteroplasty has better effect for treating lower ureteral injury by bladder wall flap ureteroplasty and the combination of enoxacin and Shiduqing Capsules has few complications and slight pain,which deserves to be generalized.关键词
