Research Progress of Commonly Used Extraction New Technology of Chinese Medicine Effective Components
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the domestic research progress in commonly used extraction technology of the active ingredients of tra-ditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) in recent years. Methods The relevant literatures were consulted, summarized and analyzed. Results The several kinds of commonly used extraction technology of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine were introduced, in-cluding the principle and characteristics of the supercritical fluid extraction, enzyme separation and extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction technology, and their status quo and application in the study of chemical components of Chinese herbal medicine. Conclusion The commonly used extraction new technologies possess many advantages, which is one of the development direc-tion for extracting the TCM effective components and will promote Chinese medicine extraction and separation level to reach the molec-ular level.关键词
