他汀类药物对重症急性胰腺炎患者的作用研究
Study on Effect of Statins in Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of statins in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by color Doppler ultra-sound. Methods 97 cases of severe acute pancreatitis from June 2012 to May 2013 were collected and divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group were given the routine treatment of pancreas resting therapy, fluid resuscitation, anti-in-fection, nutrition support, operation, etc. The experimental group was added with statins. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. The pancreatic image situation was observed by the color Doppler ultrasound and analyzed. Resuts The ultrasound on 1 d after admission showed that the pancreatic parenchyma echo in the two groups was reduced and uneven with vague envelope, the occur-rence rate of peripancreatic and peritoneal effusion had no difference between the two groups;the ultrasonic pancreatic parenchyma echo after 7, 14 d treatment in the experiment group was changed, the occurrence rate of fuzzy envelope was significantly less than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) , the thickness of pancreatic head, pancreatic body and pancreatic duct expansion degree on 1 d after admis-sion had no statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ) , the thickness of pancreatic head, pancreatic body and pancreatic duct expansion degree after 7, 14 d treatment in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) , the pancreatic body thickness after 14 d treatment in the treatment group was obviously less than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Statins has certain inhibiting effect on the inflammation progress of severe acute pancreatitis and the potential benefit on prognosis;the color Doppler ultrasound can better monitor the development, progress and prognosis of severe acute pancreatitis and has certain guidance role for the treatment of acute pancreatitis.关键词
