摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a determination method of heavy metal chromium ( Cr ) content in the absorbable surgical suture. Methods The microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the Cr content in the absorbable surgical suture. Results The calibration curve of Cr showed good linearity in the range of 0-10μg/L, Y=0. 051 05 X-0. 038 3, r=0. 997 6 ( n=5 ) , the average recovery rate of Cr was 95. 74%, RSD was 0. 63%( n=6 ) . Conclusion This method is rapid, simple, ac-curate and reliable with good reproducibility, which can be used to determine heavy metal Cr content in the absorbable surgical suture.
