Abstract
Objective To establish a gas chromatography ( GC ) method for determining the residual amounts of four kinds of organic sol-vents in pregabalin raw material drug. Methods The GC method was adopted. The residues of ethanol, ethyl acetate, isopropanol and te-trahydrofuran were determined by GC with the HP-5 capillary column as the chromatographic column ( 30 m × 0. 53 mm × 5 μm ) , high purity nitrogen as the carrier gas and the hydrogen flame ionization detector as detector, the column temperature was the temperature programming. Results The four organic solvents were separated completely and had the better linear relation in the investigated range. The recovery rate of sample size obtained the satisfactory results. Conclusion The established method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive and suitable for the detection of organic solvent residues in pregabalin raw material drug.关键词
