Abstract
Objective To establish a potentiometric titration method for the content determination of Policresulen Suppositories. Methods Using glass-saturated calomel electrode, the content of Policresulen Suppositories was determined by the potentiometric titration. Resuts By the methodological verification, the calibration curve of policresulen was linear in the range of 0. 12-0. 21 g ( r=1. 000 0 ) , the av-erage recovery rate was 100. 99%,RSD=0. 2%( n=9 ) . Conclusion This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Policresulen Suppositories.关键词
