Abstract
Objective To prepare Cyclovirobuxine-D ( CVB-D ) Double Layer Tablets and to conduct the in vitro evaluation ( in vitro re-lease ) . Methods The formula composition and the preparation technology of the fast release layer and the slow release layer of CVB-D Double Layer Tablets were determined by the single factor tests. The drug release in vitro was determined by the UV spectrophotom-etry. Resuts In CVB-D Double Layer Tablets, the fast release layer was composed of starch, sodium carboxymethyl starch ( CMS-Na ) and magnesium stearate, and prepared by the wet granulation method. The slow release layer was composed of starch, carbomer and mag-nesium stearate, and prepared by the dry granulation method. The in vitro release results showed that the cumulative release of the fast release layer was above 95% in 5 min and the slow release layer could maintaining the constant drug releasing amount within 14 h, which met the zero-order release equation. Conclusion The formula of CVB-D Double Layer Tablets is rational, the preparation tech-nology is simple, and the double role of fast release and slow release is achieved.关键词
