Abstract
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the content determination of cinnamic aldehyde in Qiweibinblang Powder to add the quality control index of Qiweibinblang Powder. Methods The HPLC external standard method was adopted with the Agilent C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm ),with acetonitrile - water(30 : 70 )as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1. 0 mL / min,the detection wavelength was 290 nm. Results The sample size of cinnamic aldehyde in the range of 0. 02 - 0. 10 μg showed a good linear relationship( r = 1. 000 0 );the average recovery rate was 99. 15% ,RSD = 0. 12% ( n = 6);the precision RSD = 0. 33% and samples were stable within 12 h. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate,reproducible and suitable for the determination of cinnamic aldehyde content.关键词
