摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a quantitative method for the determination of platycodin D content in Compound Radix Platycodi Anticough Tablets by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with ELSD(HPLC - ELSD) . Methods The Agilent C18 column(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was adopted. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile - water(25 : 75)at a flow rate of 0. 7 mL / min,ELSD de-tector was used,the drift tube temperature was 90 ℃ ,the carrier gas 1. 8 Bar;the sample quantity:10 μL;the column temperature 30 ℃ . Results The mass concentration curve showed a good linearity in the ranges of 125. 08 - 1 250. 8 mg / L( r = 0. 999 8). The average recovery rate was 98. 60% ,RSD = 1. 00%( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple and reproducible,which can be used for the quantitative determination of platycodin D in Compound Radix Platycodi Anticough Tablets.关键词
