摘要

Abstract

Objective To adopt the response surface analysis method to optimize the atractylodes polysaccharide extract process. Methods The influences of atractylodes granularity,extraction temperature,solid - liquid ratio and extraction time on the polysaccharide ultrasonic extraction yield were investigated with the polysaccharide extraction yield as the evaluation index. Results The best technology of polysaccharide ultrasonic extraction was taking water as the extraction solvent,the atractylodes granularity of 20 mesh,the solid - liquid ratio of 1 : 15,the extraction temperature at 80 ℃ and the extraction time of 70 min. Under this condition,the extraction yield of a-tractylodes polysaccharide reached 12. 44% . Conclusion This research provides the theoretic basis for the resources development,uti-lization and industrial production of atractylodes polysaccharides in the Wuling mountain areas.
