Initial Effect of PIVAS's intervention on Clinical Irrational Drug Use

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of intervention measures adopted by PIVAS on unreasonable intravenous medication in clinical departments. Methods The medical orders of intravenous medication checked before and after intervention were performed the classification statistics and the data analysis according to the package insert combined with the Prescription Administrative Policy. Results The statistical results showed that the irrational medical orders after intervention accounted for 0. 30% , which was significantly lower than 0. 58% before intervention, at the same time doctors' modification rate of medical orders was elevated from 58. 68% to 87. 99% , the intervention measures adopted by PIVAS obtained the initial effect. Conclusion The intervention on medical order checking by PIVAS effectively decreases the produce of irrational drug medication, ensures the patient' s medication safety and embodies the concept of patient - oriented pharmaceutical care.关键词
