摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng on the lipid metabolism in alcoholic fatty liver. Methods The rat alcoholic fatty liver model was replicate by white spirit and high fat diet. 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal group, model group, Dongbaogantai group, high, middle and low dose groups of Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng. The liver patho-logical changes were observed. The serum lipids of triglyceride ( TG ) , cholesterol ( CHO ) , high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C ) , low density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( LDL-C ) were quantitatively detected and analyzed. Results Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng could de-crease the lever of serum TG, CHO and LDL-C, and increase the lever of serum HDL-C. The light microscopic observation showed the lipid droplets in the liver tissue sections in the model group were obviously accumulated with inflammatory infiltration;the liver tis-sue structure in the blank group was normal;the lipid droplet in hepatic tissue sections in the treatment groups were reduced to some extent, but the inflammatory infiltration had no obvious improvement. Conclusion Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng can decrease the serum levels of TG, CHO-C and LDL-C, and increase the level of HDL-C, which indicating that Ilex kudingcha C. J. Tseng can reduce the serum lipids and the liver ' absorption to free fatty acids, thus decrease the lipids accumulation in liver and improve the lipid metabolism of liver.
