Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of the nursing intervention combined with paroxetine in treating depression. Methods By adopting the randomized controlled trial ( RCT ) , 56 cases of primary nonpsychotic depression were randomly divided into the observation group ( 28 cases, nursing intervention combined with paroxetine treatment ) and the control group ( 28 cases, paroxetine treatment alone ) . During the nursing intervention period, follow-up was performed at least once each week and follow up lasted for 25 weeks. The Hamilton Depression Scale ( HAMD ) and the Clinical Global Impression ( CGI ) were adopted to conduct the evaluation before treatment, at 6, 12, 25 weeks after treatment. The comparative analysis was performed. Results There was no statistical difference in the HAMD scores before treatment between the observation group and the control group ( P>0. 05 );the curative effect at 6-week treatment had no statistical difference in effect between the two groups ( P>0. 05 ); the HAMD score after 25-week treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ) and the CGI score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0. 05 ); the HAMD score after 25-week treatment in the two groups was lower than that before treatment and the CGI score in the two groups was also lower than that before treatment ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion The nursing intervention combined with antidepressant drug has the clinical superiority than single antidepressant drug and deserves to be popularized in clinic.关键词
