Abstract
Objective To establish the RP-HPLC determination method for the ammonium alycyrrhizinate content in Compound Ammo-nium Glycyrrhizinate Injection. Methods The determination was performed on the Kromasil C18 column (150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of 0. 05% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile(67 :33)at the column temperature of 25 ℃. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 252 nm. The injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear range of ammonium gly-cyrrhizinate sample size was 0. 160 08-3. 201 6 μg,r=0. 999 9 ( n=5);the average recovery rate was 99. 47%,RSD=0. 65% ( n=9 ) . Conclusion This method is sensitive,stronly specific,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the determination of the ammo-nium glycyrrhizinate content in Compound Ammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection.关键词
