Optimization of Extraction Process of Ferulic Acid in Danbei Xiaoban Ointment by Orthogonal Test
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process of ferulic acid in Danbei Xiaoban Ointment. Methods The L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted for optimizing the extraction technology of ferulic acid from Danbei Xiaoban Ointment with the ethanol concentration, ethanol amount,extraction times and extraction time as the investigation factors and the yield rate and the ferulic acid content as the investigation indexes. Results The optimum extraction technology was as follows:adding 5,4,4 times the amount of 70% ethanol,ex-tracting for continuous 3 times each extracting time was 1. 5,1. 0,1. 0 h respectively. Conclusion This process is stable with good re-peatability,which is suitable for mass production.关键词
